 Parks and Roads/Non Emergencies

Is there a pothole that needs filling? A broken sidewalk that needs repair? A drainage concern? A traffic signal out? The City of Dunwoody offers SeeClickFix.com for the public to report these issues or any other non-emergency roadway, sidewalk and park maintenance issues.

Road Blockages

If a tree is down and blocking the road or sidewalk, call 9-1-1 or the City of Dunwoody Public Works emergency number: 678-382-6850 Option 2.

Police, Fire and Medical Emergencies

For emergency or non-emergency police dispatch dial 9-1-1. Please note that ChatComm 911 provides ALL police dispatch services for the Dunwoody Police Department.

Power Outages

If power lines are down call 911 or Georgia Power at 1-888-891-0938. If power is out, call Georgia Power at 1-888-891-0938 or report the issue on the Georgia Power website. For issues related to cable, phone and internet, call AT&T at 1-877-737-2478 and/or Comcast at 1-800-391-3000.

 Gas Leaks

To report a gas odor or leak, call 9-1-1 and notify Atlanta Gas Light: 877-427-4321.

 Water  Issues

To report water main leaks, sewer spills, brown water or loss of water, call DeKalb Water and Sewer emergencies: 770 270-6243.

Animal Issues

 If a deer is injured, call 9-1-1. A Dunwoody Police officer can assess the situation and will likely have to put down the deer. DeKalb Animal Control does not respond to injured deer. DeKalb Sanitation will collect dead animals along roadways. To request collection, call 404 294-2900 or email sanitation@dekalbcountyga.gov, providing as much information as possible regarding the location and type of animal to be collected. Collection will occur within 48 hours of the service request date. A dead animal on private property is the owner's responsibility. Typical removal options include hiring an NWCO (nuisance wildlife control operator) or removal service.

See something suspicious? Call 9-1-1 for immediate police response.  You can also report criminal activity or unsolved crimes anonymously by calling the Crime Stoppers Tip Line at 404-577-TIPS (8477).
