The Community Development Department is responsible for working with City Council, Boards and Commissions, the development community, and the citizens of Dunwoody to guide growth and achieve the city's vision for the future.

In support of the city’s mission, the Community Development Department provides superior municipal services to our customers, using sustainable planning and development practices to improve the quality of life for our residents and the community.
