SeeClickFix is an online web application that allows park users to report non-emergenSee, Click, Fix Logocy issues such as graffiti or broken park equipment on a map for everyone to see. The application sends notifications to the Parks Maintenance Team so the issues can be addressed.

To submit a request from the Dunwoody SeeClickFix website, you select the location on a map and then choose from a list of possible problems. Examples of public works problems include signal malfunctions, potholes, broken sidewalks, sign issues, and stormwater issues. For parks, examples of problems include debris, flooding, and tree concerns.

Once you identify the problem, you’re asked to submit a photo, if you have one. The next screen will ask for a description of the issue and whether it’s in the roadway. If someone else has already reported the problem, you can check the date, add details, and request updates.

There’s an app for that!

By downloading and using the SeeClickFix app, you can report issues in a more detailed and effective way. The app uses GPS to pinpoint the location and makes it easy to upload photos of the problem. Those additional details allow staff to start working on a resolution more quickly. You can also turn on push notifications for immediate updates on reports in your area.
