Yellow Dot Program

yellow dot logoThe Dunwoody Police Department is proud to continue working with the Georgia Department of Public Health to provide access to the Yellow Dot Program for city residents at no cost.

Are you 55+ or medically fragile?

Is so, the Yellow Dot Program is for you. Yellow Dot provides information on medical conditions, medications, or medical allergies that will help first responders and medical professionals make the best decision about your emergency medical treatment.

How does it work?

It's as simple as filling out a form and placing a Yellow Dot decal on your vehicle and near the main entrance to your home. This decal will alert first responders that vital medical information is stored in the glove compartment of your vehicle or on the refrigerator in your home.
