Report a Problem

SeeClickFix is an online web application that allows park users to report non-emergency issues such as graffiti or broken park equipment on a map for everyone to see. The application sends notifications to the Parks Maintenance Team so the issues can be addressed.

After-Hours Emergency

On weekends and after-hours, report emergency maintenance issues by calling 678-382-6700 and Press 2 to be connected to the on call staff member. The Parks Maintenance Team responds 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to emergencies that occur in city parks such as flooding, icing and obstructions such as downed trees and sink holes.
