ADA Transition Plan
The City of Dunwoody is committed to providing public facilities, programs, and activities that are accessible to all members of the community, regardless of disability. The ADA Transition Plan identifies physical obstacles in public facilities and establishes steps that will be taken to make these facilities accessible. The City of Dunwoody Public Works Department updated the ADA Transition Plan in 2024. A majority of the update was centered around the City’s ADA compliance with facility physical barriers which includes buildings/structures, parks, and pedestrian facilities (sidewalks, crosswalks, and ramps). The City updates the ADA Transition Plan periodically to reflect progress made toward improving ADA accessibility.
Additionally, An ADA Coordinator has been identified to coordinate the City’s efforts to comply with ADA requirements.
The ADA Coordinator’s contact information is:
Tiffany Wommack, P.E. Public Works – Capital Projects Manager
