Council Districts and Precincts
The next City of Dunwoody election is in November 2025. Three Dunwoody City Council positions will be on the ballot: Council Post 1 (District 1 Local), Council Post 2 (District 2 Local), and Council Post 3 (District 3 Local).

Campaign Disclosures and Financial Information
All elected officials and candidates for office are required to file Campaign Contribution Disclosure Reports or an Affidavit and Financial Disclosure Reports. A Notice of Intent to Accept Campaign Contributions form must be filed by a candidate prior to accepting any campaign contributions.
Registering to Vote
You can register to vote or learn more about upcoming general elections through the Georgia Secretary of State’s Office. You can register to vote online.
Conducting Elections
City Clerk, Sharon Lowery, serves as the Chief Elections Officer for Dunwoody. As Chief Elections Officer, she prepares and has published all election ads, approves the ballot proof, approves the city’s official voter list, accepts notice of candidacy for local office, and prepares for municipal elections in coordination with DeKalb County Elections Divisions. The City of Dunwoody has signed an Intergovernmental Agreement with DeKalb County to provide for the DeKalb County Board of Elections.
