Transportation Insight and Nolan Transportation Group
Global logistics provider Transportation Insight and Nolan Transportation Group opened a new headquarters a Campus 244 in Dunwooy in June 2024. The location allows the companies to attract Atlanta’s diverse talent pool and take advantage of the city’s strategic location.
Swisslog Logistics
In June 2024, Swisslog Logistics Inc. announced the opening of its new regional headquarters for North and South America at the Terraces in Dunwoody. Swisslog Logistics Inc. is a leading provider of the best in-class warehouse automation and software.
Innova Solutions
In early 2024, Innova Solutions, a Georgia-based information technology firm, aquired the 1455 Lincoln Parkway building in Dunwoody for its new headquarters. Founded in 1998, Innova Solutions and its subsidiaries employ more than 50,000 people worldwide, with annual revenues approaching $3 billion.
Insight Global
The national staffing agency is headquartered in Dunwoody's Twelve24 building on Hammond Drive, which features 335,000 square feet of office, retail and restaurant space with an adjacent hotel. Insight Global also has offices at Campus 244.
Hapag Lloyd
In December 2021, the Georgia Department of Economic Development announced that German multinational liner shipping company Hapag-Lloyd will invest $18 million in its new North American headquarters in Dunwoody. Hapag Lloyd is located in the Three Ravinia Drive Tower.
Schindler Elevator
In 2021, Schindler Elevators subleased 51,000 square-foot lease from Intercontinental Hotels Group.
Acoustic
Acoustic, formerly known as IBM’s Watson Marketing, an independent marketing cloud platform, announced plans in 2020 to bring its new regional office to the Terraces, a pair of 11-story towers located in Dunwoody near Perimeter Mall. The move added 300 jobs.
State Farm
The third and final phase of State Farm's Dunwoody regional hub was completed in 2021. The transit-oriented development serves as a model for other developments in the area.
IHG Hotels & Resorts
American corporate offices headquartered in Three Ravinia, an 817,000-square-foot, 31-story tower and the tallest building in Dunwoody.
