Parks and Recreation is currently working on the redesign of the Veterans Memorial at Brook Run Park. The concept includes an octagonal memorial plaza, eternal flame, and flags for branches of service. Adjacent to the memorial is the highly anticipated Vietnam War Memorial, opening October 5.
