The Picnic Table Project
A Project of Economic Development
The City of Dunwoody Economic Development Department encouraged local restaurants to add or expand outdoor dining with the Painted Picnic Table Project. The move was designed to help restaurants meet social distancing requirements designed to protect against COVID-19. Dunwoody non-profit organizations assembled and painted the tables and businesses donated picnic tables and painting supplies.
Update 2023: This program is closed. Several tables are no longer at locations indicated on the map.
