The Construction Board of Adjustments and Appeals is a quasi-judicial citizen board that hears and decides cases in which contractors or property owners are aggrieved by the decision of the Chief Building Official or seek a variance for leniency or relief from the building code.

The board has five members, each serving 3-year terms.

Members:

1. Monroe Brock - Term expires 6/30/23
2. Charles Juray - Vice-Chair, Term expires 6/30/23
3. Howard Karchmer, Chair - Term expires 6/30/25
4. David Ziskind - Term expires 6/30/25
