Public Workshop - Dunwoody Comp Plan update

Public workshop at Park Place locationAll are welcome to join us for a Direction Dunwoody Public Workshop on Tuesday, Sept. 10 at Park Place, 4505 Ashford Dunwoody Road from 5 to 7 p.m., with presentations at 5 and 6 p.m. The workshop will be held in the retail space across from Café Intermezzo.

In addition, we encourag you to fill out an online survey, which is now available on the Comp Plan Update project page. It includes questions about transportation concerns, housing issues, and development.

The Comprehensive Plan is the community’s vision for the future, guiding decisions about land use, transportation, economic development, housing, infrastructure, and more. The City of Dunwoody revises its Comprehensive Plan every five years with guidance from the Georgia Department of Community Affairs.

A consulting team from TSW is serving as project manager for this process, working with City staff to gather input and provide analysis of opportunities and needs. The 2025-45 update coordinates the assessment of new demographic and economic data and trends, considers the current version of the Comprehensive Plan, and makes amendments based on community feedback.
