**Unfortunately, all slots are filled for the Dunwoody's Household Hazardous Waste Event on Saturday, April 30, 2022 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the parking lot at Dunwoody City Hall, located at 4800 Ashford Dunwoody Road.
Because we anticipate a strong turnout, we had to limit registrations to 150 cars per hour.
Here is a list of items that will be accepted:
oil and latex paints, stains, paint thinner, automobile batteries, household batteries, motor oil, antifreeze, gasoline, diesel, household cleaners, pool chemicals, household chemicals, pesticides, flammables, corrosives, light bulbs and tubes (CFLs and fluorescent).
Here is a list of items that will NOT be accepted:
agricultural wastes, bio-hazardous/bio-medical waste, ammunition, explosives, radioactive materials, smoke detectors and cylinders of acetylene, oxygen, carbon dioxide, helium, and refrigerant gases.
