Dunwoody Election Qualifying

The next General Election for the City Dunwoody will be held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023.
If a runoff election is necessary, the runoff election would be held on Tuesday, December 5, 2023.

All persons desiring to run for the office of Mayor or City Council shall qualify at City Hall, 4800 Ashford Dunwoody Road, Dunwoody, Georgia 30338 in the office of the City Clerk, during regular business hours beginning at 8:30 a.m. on Monday, August 21, 2023, and ending at 4:30 p.m. on Wednesday, August 23, 2023.  
The qualifying fee for the office of Mayor is $480.00.
The qualifying fee for the office of City Council is $360.00

In 2023, the Dunwoody Mayor’s seat and three City Council positions will be on the ballot: Council Post 4 (District 1 at large), Council Post 5 (District 2 at large), and Council Post 6 (District 3 at large).
