Gentle yoga is a slow pace flow class incorporating gentle stretching and strengthening movements performed in a sequence. Awareness of the breath, calms the mind and enables you to move deeper into stretches. Reduces stress and anxiety, and helps maintain balance!
All classes are taught by instructor, Geri Magee and are held under the tent by the barn at the Donaldson-Bannister Farm for social distancing. In the event of bad weather, classes will be moved inside the farmhouse.
Each class is $10 (Half is a donation to Dunwoody Preservation Trust). Cash only. No Reservations required.
