Rachel is a certified personal trainer through ACE, American Council on Exercise, and a certified corrective exercise specialist through NASM.  The boot camp will include a full body workout designed to empower all fitness levels, simple and practical self defense techniques and motivation to increase self confidence. Her programs combine cardio endurance training with strength training to help you lose weight and build calorie torching lean muscle.
