Tai Chi Intro Course
The Tai Chi Intro Course is designed for new students interested in learning the fundamentals of Tai Chi. Tai Chi is an ideal practice to increase circulation, improve balance & posture and strengthen the joints. Class typically begins with self-massage, warm-up stretches and a "flow sequence" that introduces tai chi basics and fundamentals. In addition to tai chi fundamentals, students will learn a short, Level 1 Tai Chi form that can be practiced at home.
Attend 1, 2 or 3x /week:
- Wednesdays @ 6pm - 6:55pm
- Thursdays @ 11am - 11:55am
- Saturdays @ 10am - 10:45am
Students may also attend Qi Gong for Health…
Classes meet under the Large Pavilion or on one of the fields next to it.
