Qi Gong combines graceful, stretching movements with deep breathing to restore balance to our mind and body.  Qi Gong is perfect after long hours of work to reduce stiffness in the body and refresh the mind.  Qi Gong has been practiced for thousands of years in China as a physical therapy, stress-management tool and preventative health exercise.  In addition to stress-reduction and enhanced immune function, practitioners will notice increased range-of-motion, improved balance and stronger joints. Newcomers can drop-in anytime!

Classes meet under the Large Pavilion or on one of the fields next to it.
