League Format Requirements:
7v7 Co-Ed:
Minimum of 5 Players to start a game
Maximum of 5 Male players on the field per play and minimum of 1 female on field per play

Schedule Requests:
Team Captains have to option to submit a schedule request during the registration process with additional payment.
