Sweaty Self-Defense Bootcamp

We combine high-intensity interval training (HIIT) and self-defense skills to help you become the best version of yourself. Our program welcomes all fitness levels, so whether you're a seasoned athlete or just starting out, we'll help you get fit to fight. Join us and experience the ultimate workout that will empower you both physically and mentally.

      • 4 week session
      • Classes take place at Brook Run at the open field by the playground.
      • Sundays- 11am-12pm.
