Tai Chi Intro Course

Originally designed as a martial art, Tai Chi is a gentle exercise that strengthens the joints, improves circulation and rejuvenates the mind. The Tai Chi Intro Course is an 8-week course designed for new students to gain a firm understanding of Tai Chi fundamentals and theory. In addition to tai chi fundamentals, students will learn a short, Level 1 Tai Chi form that can be practiced at home.

Attend 1 or 2x /week:

  • Wednesdays @ 6pm - 6:55pm
  • Thursdays @ 11am - 11:55am

8 weeks for $80

Classes meet under the Large Pavilion or on one of the fields next to it.
