On January 23, 2020 at Dunwoody City Hall (4800 Ashford Dunwoody Road, Dunwoody, Georgia 30338), the City of Dunwoody will hold a public information open house (PIOH) for Phase 2 of the Ashford Dunwoody Road Trail. This project is an extension Phase 1 and will continue from the terminus of Phase 1 at Perimeter Center West to Mt. Vernon Road.

Phase 2 will include removal of existing bike lanes on Ashford Dunwoody Road and the provision of a cycle track and buffered pedestrian facilities along one or both sides of approximately 1.2 miles of roadway between Perimeter Center West and Mount Vernon Road. The trail is part of a planned network of pathways that will provide multi-modal access to and among, residential uses, employment, and retail centers along this densely populated corridor.

The purpose of this Open House is to provide the public with an opportunity to view the proposed project, ask questions to the staff and design team, and comment on the project.

The Open House will be conducted between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 7:00 p.m. The Open House will be informal and the public is invited to attend anytime during these hours. There will be no formal presentation.

The meeting site is accessible to persons with disabilities.

Written statements will be accepted concerning this project until February 7, 2020. Written statements may be submitted to:
