The City of Dunwoody invites residents, property owners, business owners, and all other members of the Dunwoody community to share their hopes, dreams and concerns for the future of Dunwoody at two “Setting Our Vision” Community Goals Workshops this February and March that will lay the foundation for the five-year update of the City’s Comprehensive Land Use Plan, Shape Dunwoody: 
 
Workshop 1
Thursday, February 26 (6:30-8:30pm)
Kingswood United Methodist Church, Room 212 (Community Life Center)

Focus areas: All City/East Side (District 2 & 3)
 
Workshop 2
Monday, March 2 (6:30-8:30pm)
Dunwoody Library
5339 Chamblee-Dunwoody Road, Dunwoody, GA 30338
Focus areas: All City/West Side (Districts 1 & 2)
 
Community members are encouraged to attend and come ready to share their ideas. The workshops will be hands-on, focused on collecting input about the city’s future, specifically the overarching long-term vision and community goals for land use and other service areas provided by the city.  Topics to be explored include aging in place, Dunwoody’s unique identity, jobs-housing balance, future land use, transportation enhancements, and city infrastructure/services. The workshops are the first two in a series of six that will be held through June to gather input for the plan update.
