he City of Dunwoody Municipal Court is preparing to wrap-up the 2014 Amnesty Program for individuals with past due traffic citations and or active bench warrants for failing to appear in court. The program officially ends Thursday, July 31.

2014 Amnesty Program set to end Thursday, July 31.

 

 

Dunwoody, GA – July 17, 2014 – The City of Dunwoody Municipal Court is preparing to wrap-up the 2014 Amnesty Program for individuals with past due traffic citations and or active bench warrants for failing to appear in court.  The incentive program is available to promote lawful driving privileges, settle outstanding violations with the court and reduce arrests, but only for the next two weeks. The program officially ends Thursday, July 31.


Interested parties may visit Dunwoody Municipal Court located at 41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 103, Dunwoody, Georgia 30346.  Individuals may walk-in to the Municipal Court on Mondays as well as Wednesday through Friday during the hours of 8:30 a.m.- 4:30 p.m. only, no exceptions


During that time if individuals pay their fines in full, all contempt fees will be forgiven.  If the individual’s offense(s) requires a mandatory court appearance, the individual will be granted a future court date to appear before a Judge and all warrants will be cleared and warrant fees forgiven.  


Forms of payments that will be accepted are cash, money order, cashier checks, and credit cards (Visa and MasterCard only) NO PERSONAL CHECKS.  For more information, please contact the City of Dunwoody Municipal Court at 678-382-6973.
