Facility Rental FAQ 1. What pavilions are available for rental?
There are two pavilions available for rental in the City of Dunwoody: one at Brook Run Park and the other at Windwood Hollow Park. We also rent out the open green space "Event Field" at the front of Brook Run Park. 2. How do I go about renting a pavilion?

to be sure your date is available. Then, fill out the Facility Rental Application
and submit it to City Hall with your facility rental fee (and deposit if applicable). 3. How many people can be accommodated at the pavilion?
At Brook Run Park, there are 10 picnic tables that can seat about 80 people while Windwood Hollow has 4 picnic tables holding about 35 people. 4. Can I rent an inflatable bounce house for our picnic?
Yes, inflatables are allowed but a copy of the company’s proof of insurance is required with your application. 5. Can I bring a stereo or sound system to play music?
Yes, sound amplification devices are permitted with an attached description of the equipment/devices and compliance with our Noise Ordinance (Chapter 18) 6. Can I have a caterer?
Yes, retail and food vendors are permitted with a copy of their business license. 7. Can I bring my own grill?
Yes, however as a safety precaution, grills can only be used in our parking lots on the pavement. No grills are permitted to be used on the grass or pavilion. 8. Can I bring alcohol?
Yes, alcohol is permitted with a $200 refundable deposit. It must be paid with the facility rental fee and will be refunded by check after your event. No alcohol is permitted in the parks except with this deposit. 9. How much is the fee?
-Private rentals (family reunions, birthday parties, etc.) $100 per day $200 refundable deposit for alcohol
-Small Special Event 1-300 persons (5k, Fundraisers) $400 per day with a $400 refundable damage deposit
-Large Special Event 300+ persons (Carnivals, Music Events, etc.) $600 per day with a $600 refundable damage deposit.
