Economic Development Director
41 Perimeter Center East, Suite 250
The City of Dunwoody Economic Development Director is responsible for leading efforts to retain, expand and attract businesses that support a broad array of employment opportunities; strategically grow its knowledge-based economy; and expand the City’s tax base.
Georgia’s newest City isn’t new to the economic development community. In fact, Dunwoody makes up half of the Perimeter business district, the region’s largest employer district and one of the largest Class A office markets in the southeast. Dunwoody’s strategic location is one of its biggest advantages – access to Georgia 400 and Interstate 285 is quick and easy via multiple routes. Three MARTA stations complement highway access making Dunwoody one of the most accessible business locations in Metro Atlanta.
